Lifeguard Training
At our camp, we prioritize safety and preparedness. That's why lifeguard training and Basic Life Support (BLS) training are both required and provided for all our staff, who want to work at the pool, lake or creek. We're dedicated to ensuring a secure environment for everyone while equipping our team with essential life-saving skills.
Staff Responsibilities
As a Camp Bond Staff Member, you will have a variety of responsibilities to ensure the camp runs smoothly. Which may include cleaning cabins and hotel rooms, working at the concession/snack shack, meal prep and serving meals. If certified, you may also take on lifeguarding duties. Additionally, you could contribute to mowing, general grounds maintenance and cleaning.
Final Thoughts
We are excited to present this full-time summer employment opportunity, which requires you to reside on the campgrounds for the duration of the summer. It is essential to be available throughout this period unless prior arrangements are made with the camp director. We recognize that you may have other obligations over the summer, so please ensure open communication regarding any scheduling needs.
